WHAT CAN A PENNY DO FOR A FERRET?
$0.01 we need Pennies for Prednisone, the medicine we need for the hospice ferrets who have insulnoma need every day.

WHAT CAN DIME DO FOR A FERRET?
$0.10 we need Dimes for Diazoxide, the medicine need for the hospice ferrets who have advanced insulmoma need every day.

WHAT CAN $1 DO FOR A FERRET?
$1 helps the shelter to ensure that we can keep our doors open so we can keep helping ferrets every day. So many other shelters have closed and we want to keep helping ferrets.

WHAT CAN $5.00 DO FOR A FERRET?
$5 can purchase a soft hammock for ferrets who have never slept in a hammock before. $5 buys soft foods & soup for a ferret with broken teeth. $5 can feed a hungry ferret whose owners "forgot" to feed them daily.

WHAT CAN $20 DO FOR A FERRET?
$20 can provide a veterinary checkup for a ferret who has never been to the vet. $20 can provide vaccines required to be adopted
$20 purchase soft fleece blankets to line the cage of
a ferret whose feet only ever felt cold wire cage before.

WHAT CAN $50 DO FOR A FERRET?
$50 can keep a group of ferrets together after being abandoned on the side of the road in the rain in the dark. $50 can purchase a fifty pound bag of food from Totally Ferret to feed them. $50 can go towards the shelter’s oil bill to keep them warm.

WHAT CAN $100 DO FOR A FERRET?
$100 can be put towards the surgeries that ferrets in our shelter needs every year. $100 can go towards the shelter’s veterinary bill
$100 can provide medications like Lupron and antibiotics that can significantly improve the quality of a sick ferret's life and sometimes even save a life.

If you wish to drop off any items and visit the ferrets at shelter to be their Special Santa or Hospice Angel, please be sure to give us a call ahead of time.

Come Visit Us

We welcome all Ferret Enthusiasts and those who wish to learn about ferrets to contact us for "ferret boot camp" sessions.

We are offer free ferret nail trimming and ear cleanings with each donation to the shelter to assist us with medical care for hospice ferrets.

If you aren't able to adopt at this time you can still be a "LIFESAVER" for the shelter by donating any items that we use to care for the ferrets such as:

  • Paper Towels
  • Newspapers
  • Yesterday's News Litter
  • Bottled Water
  • Beechnut stage 1 chicken / chicken broth or turkey / turkey broth baby food
  • Heavy Duty Trash Bags

And most of all your time!

We can always use nice ferret people to clean cages, scoop boxes, fold laundry and of course play with the ferrets!
